About Mary

My name is Mary Kacaba. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist with over 33 years of experience. Born and raised in Cincinnati, I completed my hypnotherapy training at the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in 1993. Shortly thereafter, I launched my independent business Resources Within, LLC.

I am a member in highest standing of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I have also continued my educational training in some specialty areas including Forgiveness, Recovery from Addictions and Sexual Abuse, Religious Deprogramming, Etheric Plane Communication, Conference Room/Parts Therapy, Somatic Healing, and Past Life Regression. I am also trained as a Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Crisis Center telephone counselor.

I consider myself a “fun-loving, young-at-heart lover of animals.” I try to be self-reflective and honest. My professional background is incredibly varied and includes work in civil engineering, finance, and professional organizing (among other fields). Such a diverse wealth of experience has allowed me to bring a wide range of skill sets and wisdom into play in my hypnotherapy practice.

Perhaps most importantly, I have been immersed in consciousness-raising and self-actualization techniques for over 30 years, and I’ve been exposed to lots of tools! I am continually amazed at the healing that can take place through this work, and I am excited to invite you to experience it for yourself!
